UDON makes its best effort to keep the Website running smoothly, avoiding any errors or, where appropriate, fixing them, and keeping the content of the Website updated. However, UDON does not guarantee the availability and continued access to the Website or the absence of errors in its content, nor that the latter is duly updated.
Both access to the Website as well as the use made of any information or operations contained herein shall be the sole responsibility of the user.

If any of the clauses of the General Conditions of Access and Use were declared fully or partially invalid or ineffective, such invalidity or ineffectiveness will only affect that provision or part thereof that is invalid or ineffectual, and with everything else remaining in force, with said provision or part thereof being affected. For this purpose, the General Conditions of Access and Use only cease to be exclusively valid regarding the invalid or ineffective provision, and no other part or provision hereof is void, invalidated, damaged or affected by such invalidity or ineffectiveness, unless it would have substantial effect on the General Conditions of Access and Use as a whole.
The General Conditions of Access and Use are written in Spanish, Catalan and English. In the event of discrepancy between the language versions, the Catalan version shall prevail.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The General Conditions of Access and Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.
Any dispute arising between UDON and users of the Website shall be resolved by the Courts of the city of Barcelona, with the parties expressly waiving the right to their own jurisdiction.
The UDON Loyalty Programme (hereinafter referred to as "N&F Club") allows members, depending on purchases made at UDON, to accrue UDON€S (each euro spent at UDON is equivalent to 3 N&F Club UDON€S) and redeem these UDON€S for euros (for every 100 UDON€S accumulated, a €1 discount will be given, but it will only be possible to deduct the accumulated euros from 300 UDON€S and above).
The Loyalty Programme also includes the accrual of UDON Stamps or virtual stamps rewarded with the UDON Midday Menu. Each customer may accrue 1 midday menu per day, and on reaching 10 menus will receive a voucher for a free menu on their next visit.
It is only possible to have one N&F Club | UDON STAMP account per person (same name and postal address). UDON reserves the right to request at any time a document proving the identity of anybody who wishes to sign up or has signed up to the UDON Loyalty Programme.
It is up to the member to keep their profile information updated by checking at the restaurant or by visiting their user session on the UDON app or UDON.COM. In no case may UDON be held responsible for the non-receipt of a member's offer due to outdated or misinformed information.
Terms and conditions for signing up to the Loyalty Programme
By signing up on UDON.COM, you are agreeing to join the UDON Loyalty Programme.
Terms and conditions of use
The UDON€S accumulated in the N&F Club are personal and non-transferable. The customer agrees to use the accumulated balance in the N&F Club programme in accordance with these legal provisions. Otherwise, UDON reserves the right to suspend or cancel the customer's Loyalty Programme account under the terms and conditions mentioned in the article "Suspension/Shutdown".
The UDONStamps accumulated in the N&F Club are personal and non-transferable. The customer agrees to use the accumulated UDONStamps in accordance with these legal provisions. Otherwise, UDON reserves the right to suspend or cancel the customer’s Loyalty Programme account under the terms and conditions mentioned in the article "Suspension/Shutdown".
As part of the subscription to the N&F Club | UDON Stamp Loyalty Programme, UDON collects personal data from members. This information is subject to computer processing to allow UDON to process the requests received and send offers and personalised information. The recipients of this data are UDON FRANCHISING SL and any outsourced party.
This information is recorded in the UDON customer file and, in accordance with the amended law of 6 January 1978, any member may exercise their right of access, rectification and elimination by contacting the UDON customer service department (customercare@UDON.COM).
In addition, any member may object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of the data concerning them by contacting the address mentioned above.
Benefits of the Loyalty Programme
The N&F Club Loyalty Programme allows named members, upon presentation of the QR code that they will find in the user area 'MY N&F CLUB' on the UDON mobile app or website UDON.COM, to accrue UDON€S when visiting any UDON Noodle Bar & Restaurant and when using the home delivery and takeaway service available on the UDON APP, UDON.COM and over the telephone (902 547 447).
The UDON€S counter is activated as soon as the customer signs up on the UDON mobile app or website UDON.COM. Simply by signing up, each customer receives 250 UDON€S (2.5 euros) and, from then on, for each purchase at UDON, 1 euro spent will be equivalent to 3 UDON€S. The customer may redeem this accumulated balance provided that they have exceeded 300 UDON€S. The balance redeemed will be subtracted from their counter and they will have to reach 300 UDON€S again to deduct the following accumulated balance. Members may redeem a maximum of 1,000 UDON€S (10 euros) per visit.
Customers who previously formed part of the Exclusive Noodle Friend (ENF) Loyalty Programme will obtain an initial balance of 250 UDON€S (2.5 euros) as Exclusive members, 500 UDON€S (5 euros) as Premium members and 300 UDON€S (3 euros) as Master members.
Once signed up on UDON.COM and the N&F Club Loyalty Programme, the user will have the chance to invite 5 friends to sign up. For each new contact that signs up on UDON.COM, the user will receive 25 UDON€S, until reaching a total of 125 UDON€S. From then on, the user may invite more contacts to sign up, but will not receive more UDON€S for each new sign-up.
What's more, each customer signed up to the N&F Club Loyalty Programme will receive an extra 100 UDON€S on their birthday and a further 100 UDON€S for each year that they celebrate as a member of the N&F Club Loyalty Programme.
Finally, the customer will receive an extra 10 UDON€S per social network if they start following UDON on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. In order to claim these extra UDON€S, the user will have to access through the My N&F CLUB section on the website and be logged in to UDON.COM.
The UDON STAMP Loyalty Programme allows named members, upon presentation of the QR code that they will find in the user area 'MY UDON STAMP' on the UDON mobile app or website UDON.COM, to accrue UDON STAMPS for UDON Midday Menus at restaurants included in the Loyalty Programme.
The UDON€S counter is activated as soon as the customer signs up on the UDON mobile app or website UDON.COM.
Accumulated UDON€S | UDON STAMPS may not be redeemed for cash.
If the member asks for the accumulated balance to be redeemed, UDON reserves the right to deduct the amount of UDON€S on the N&F Club Loyalty Programme card associated with the purchase of the product.
Accumulated UDON€S | UDON STAMPS and the redeemable balance will be available:
- In the user area 'MY UDON' on the UDON mobile app and website www.UDON.COM.
- At the restaurant, requesting them at the cash desk and presenting the corresponding QR.
- Over the phone, by contacting the UDON customer service department (902 547 447).
Reservation of rights
UDON reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions and will inform the customer of any modification by the most appropriate means (post, email, update of the general terms and conditions on the website www.UDON.COM). The latest version of the General Terms and Conditions applicable to the N&F Club Loyalty Programme may be found on the website www.UDON.COM
UDON also reserves the right not to send all offers to all N&F Club Loyalty Programme customers and the right to modify or suspend said programme. Customers will be informed by the most appropriate means (post, email, update of the general terms and conditions on the website www.UDON.COM) if the UDON Loyalty Programme is ultimately suspended. The customer will then have a maximum of 30 days to benefit from their advantages. Otherwise, the benefits and UDON€S will be forfeited. In no case may the customer file a claim against UDON for any reason. No modification or cancellation of the UDON Loyalty Programme will entitle the member to any compensation.
Suspension / Shutdown
The UDON Loyalty Programme is designed to provide loyal UDON customers with a series of advantages based on their visits and purchases made at restaurants or on the website. This Loyalty Programme assumes that the member respects the terms and conditions of said programme and adopts fair conduct with respect to UDON.
As a result, UDON reserves the right to suspend a UDON Loyalty Programme profile or even permanently shut it down, and -if applicable- cancel the associated benefits, in the event of abuse of the Loyalty Programme. UDON will suspend and/or shut down the profile after informing the customer by the most appropriate means, without the customer being able to claim any compensation, and specifically in the following cases:
- Fraud, attempted fraud or theft at the restaurant and/or on www.UDON.COM
- Improper or inappropriate use of the N&F Club UDON Loyalty Programme
- Any action which may disrupt the operation of the website www.UDON.COM, the N&F Club Loyalty Programme or the restaurant itself
- Detection of an abnormally high number of transactions on the same day or over several days
- Failure to comply with the provisions mentioned in these general terms and conditions.
Finally, if the customer does not make any purchases for a consecutive period of 24 months, the accumulated UDON€S and balance in their profile will be forfeited. UDON will inform the customer that if they do not make a purchase in the following 30 days, their profile may be permanently shut down.
UDON is not responsible for any consequences, direct or indirect, of any malfunction of the N&F Club UDON Loyalty Programme.
In the event of loss or theft of the N&F Club Loyalty Programme profile, the customer should contact the UDON customer service department via the web form www.UDON.COM, by email (customercare@UDON.COM) or by calling 902547447. UDON will deal with the incident as quickly as possible and will retrieve the UDON€S and the accrued/accumulated balance.
De conformidad con el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo de 27 de abril de 2016 (“RGPD”) y su normativa de desarrollo, UDON FRANCHISING, S.L. ("UDON") informa a todos los usuarios de la Web www.udon.es (la "Web") acerca del tratamiento de sus datos personales, los facilitados durante el acceso y uso de la Web y en su relación cotidiana con UDON.
¿Con carácter general con que finalidad trataremos sus datos personales?
- Atender la solicitud de información requerida a través del apartado "Atención al Cliente" de la Web.
- Remitir información, también por medios electrónicos, a propósito de UDON y sus franquiciados, sobre nuestras actividades, ofertas promociones y otra información que entendamos de su interés.
- Posibilitar la gestión, preparación y envío, del pedido de productos realizado en cualquiera de las diferentes modalidades disponibles ("Delivery" o "Take Away"), también vía electrónica.
- Posibilitar la inscripción y pertenencia a nuestro programa de fidelización, N&F Club / UDON Stamp, así como el desarrollo de todas aquellas acciones relacionadas con la pertenencia al Club y descritas en sus condiciones legales. En todo caso, uno de los beneficios intrínsecos a la pertenencia al Club, es la recepción de comunicaciones electrónicas con ofertas o promociones exclusivas para sus miembros.
- Valorar la candidatura para posibles procesos de selección, para la cobertura de vacantes en nuestra empresa o nuestras franquicias, a través del apartado "Trabaja con nosotros" de la Web.
- Atender la solicitud de información enviada a través del apartado "Franquicias" de la Web, si usted está interesado en unirse a nosotros, como franquiciado.
- Posibilitar la gestión de la relación negocial con clientes y/o proveedores.
¿Cuál es la legitimación para el tratamiento de sus datos?
- Para atender la solicitud de información requerida a través del apartado "Atención al Cliente" de la Web. El consentimiento manifestado a partir del requerimiento enviado.
- Para la remisión de información a propósito de UDON y sus franquiciados. Su consentimiento o respecto a clientes o miembros programa de fidelización interés legítimo / art. 21.2 LSSI.
- Para la gestión de las compras on.line, la ejecución del contrato.
- Gestión y pertenencia a nuestro programa de fidelización, la ejecución del contrato. Art 21.2 LSSI para envío de comunicaciones.
- Para el tratamiento de su solicitud de empleo, su consentimiento.
- Atender la solicitud de información enviada a través del apartado "Franquicias”, su consentimiento.
- Posibilitar la gestión de la relación negocial con clientes y/o proveedores, la ejecución del contrato.
¿Por cuánto tiempo conservaremos sus datos?
Por lo general, los datos proporcionados se conservarán, durante el tiempo que resulten necesario, para cada una de las finalidades a las que se destinen los datos. En todo caso durante los plazos legalmente establecidos para ello, en el caso de información relativa a la prestación de servicios. Durante el plazo necesario para dar respuesta y llevar a cabo el correspondiente seguimiento interno de la sugerencia o observación comunicada. En el caso que nos remita un currículum éste se podría mantener durante el plazo de un año, a no ser que usted nos refiriera lo contrario. Respecto a la remisión de comunicaciones comerciales vía electrónica, indefinidamente, hasta que no nos manifieste lo contrario.
¿A qué destinatarios se comunicarán sus datos?
Con carácter general, no está prevista la comunicación de sus datos a terceros. Las únicas comunicaciones que, al margen de las legalmente establecidas, pueden llevarse a cabo, serían entre UDON y sus franquiciados, siempre que ésta resulte necesaria, como en el caso de una compra (franquiciado que deba servir el pedido), solicitud de empleo (franquiciado que tenga la vacante laboral) o la gestión de determinados aspectos del programa de fidelización.
Al margen de lo referido anteriormente, podrían tener acceso a sus datos, terceros, Encargados del Tratamiento.
¿Cuáles son sus derechos cuando nos facilita sus datos?
En tanto en cuanto UDON trate sus datos personales, usted tiene derecho a solicitar:
Acceso.- El interesado tendrá derecho a obtener del responsable del tratamiento confirmación de si se están tratando o no los datos que le conciernan, así como información detallada acerca de determinados aspectos del tratamiento que se esté llevando a cabo.
Rectificación.- El interesado tendrá derecho a obtener la rectificación de los datos personales inexactos que le conciernan o que se completen aquellos que fueran incompletos.
Supresión.- El interesado tendrá derecho a solicitar la supresión de sus datos personales, en todo caso al supresión estará sujeta a los límites establecidos en la norma reguladora.
Limitación de su tratamiento.- El interesado tendrá derecho a solicitar la limitación respecto al tratamiento de sus datos de carácter personal
Oposición al tratamiento.- En determinadas circunstancias y por motivos relacionados con su situación particular, los interesados podrán oponerse al tratamiento de sus datos. UDON dejará de tratar los datos, salvo por motivos legítimos, imperiosos, o el ejercicio o la defensa de posibles reclamaciones.
Derecho a la portabilidad de sus datos.- Es decir tendrá derecho a recibir los datos personales que le incumban, que haya facilitado a un responsable del tratamiento, en un formato estructurado, de uso común y lectura mecánica y a transmitirlos a otro responsable del tratamiento.
Los referidos derechos podrán ser ejercidos mediante solicitud escrita y firmada dirigida a UDON v. Ramon Ciurans, 2, 08530 La Garriga (Barcelona) o a través de la dirección de correo electrónico email@example.com.
¿Qué ocurre si no facilito los datos solicitados?
Los datos identificativos pertenecientes al cliente/usuario, , así los demás datos de contacto y cualesquiera otros que puedan ser exigidos por la normativa aplicable, es obligatorio declararlos y la negativa a suministrarlos podría suponer la imposibilidad de acceder al servicio. Los restantes datos que se solicitan son voluntarios, por lo que el hecho de no facilitarlos no impedirá el establecimiento de la relación contractual.
Tutela de las autoridades de control

Medidas de seguridad
UDON ha adoptado los niveles de seguridad de protección de los datos personales legalmente requeridos, y ha instalado todos los medios y medidas técnicas a su alcance para evitar la pérdida, mal uso, alteración, acceso no autorizado y robo de los datos personales facilitados a UDON. Ello no obstante, el usuario debe ser consciente de que las medidas de seguridad en Internet no son inexpugnables.
Uso de cookies
Para la navegación y uso de la Web, el usuario consiente que UDON puede utilizar las siguientes cookies propias y de terceros:

The purchase of products offered through the Website implies acceptance of the terms and conditions provided in these General Conditions of Purchase therefore, read its content carefully prior to acceptance. If you do not accept these General Conditions of Purchase, you will be unable to purchase any products and, therefore, UDON will not assume any kind obligation or liability.
By placing an order via the Website, the Customer declares to have the legal capacity to purchase the products on the Website.
The Customer undertakes to supply UDON with truthful information and not to place fake orders. In any case, the Customer is responsible for the accuracy of their data and orders placed.
UDON reserves the right to modify the content and / or scope of the General Conditions of Purchase at any time without further notice or prior contact, therefore, before purchasing each product, read its content carefully as it is the customer's responsibility to review the General Conditions of Purchase before buying any product.
In order to proceed with purchasing products, the Customer must register in the Website's "Register free" section, or sign up using the credentials from "Facebook"; in the latter case, UDON may have access to information provided by the user on "Facebook" although treatment of the data provided to "Facebook" will be subject to the terms and conditions in place. For all subsequent purchases, assuming that the customer is registered, it will only be required to enter the email address and password in the "Login" section.
Price and payment method
The price of the products will be displayed in euro next to each product on the Website and will include applicable taxes and corresponding delivery costs, if any.
If the order takes longer than expected or the Customer has any problem with the order, they can contact the UDON Customer Service team via the email address or phone number indicated on the Website.
The Website contains a large number of products and it might happen that some of the products contain an incorrect price or one that has not been updated. In the event that there is a pricing error, UDON will contact the customer as soon as possible and offer the option of reconfirming the order of the product with the correct price or cancelling it with a refund of the price paid.
UDON reserves the right to make, at any time and without notice, any changes it deems appropriate. The price corresponding to the order placed by the Customer shall be the one that appears when accepting the General Conditions of Purchase.
The Customer must pay for the products using any of the following payment methods:
a) Debit or credit card (only "VISA", "MASTERCARD" and "EURO 6000" cards are accepted). You must include the card number and other additional information that is required during the purchase. The charge will be made once it is accepted by the bank, if it is unsuccessful the purchase cannot be made.
b) PayPal. The Customer must follow the purchasing process of this payment platform.
Regarding the product purchase price, a discount may be applied to the order if the customer uses a promotional code previously approved by UDON.
Once the timely payment has been made, the customer will receive a notification from UDON, confirming that the order request and payment have been carried out correctly.
UDON, after verifying that the purchasing process has been successful, will proceed with delivering the products, according to the type "Take Away" or "Delivery", to the address indicated by the Customer in the purchase phase and within the period foreseen on the Website or indicated by the Customer.
UDON shall not be liable for errors that may occur in the delivery of products in the event that the customer has not filled out the forms on the Website correctly. That said, if there is any impact on the delivery time, UDON will immediately inform the Customer.
The risks of the products are borne by the Customer from the moment they acquire material possession and, in the case of return, will continue to be borne by the Customer until the delivery thereof to UDON.
All product orders are subject to availability.
In case of unavailability of a product purchased, UDON will inform the Customer and can offer them a product or a discount with similar characteristics of an equal or greater amount, however the Customer alternatively may cancel their purchase request and have the amount paid refunded.
If at the time of delivery of the products, the Customer is absent from the place of delivery communicated to UDON, it is to be understood that the Customer unilaterally withdraws the order.
The Customer must verify at the time of delivery of the product that there has been no error. In case there is an error and this is entirely attributable to UDON, the Customer may file a claim requesting the correct delivery of the requested product or alternatively, they can cancel the order and have the amount paid refunded. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no refund will be made if the product has been tampered with after the opening thereof.
Given the nature and characteristics of the products, the right to return provided by current legislation does not apply.
UDON's promotional codes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, they may only be redeemed through orders made by credit card and / or debit cards. No money is paid in cash in the event that the order value is less than the face value of the promotional code.
The promotional code can only by used once by the Customer. You can use the promotional codes to discount the price of the order at the time of payment.
UDON reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to provide additional terms and conditions regarding verification of promotional codes.
Complaints and claims
Customers may contact UDON, using the form provided in the Website's "Contact" section to express any complaints and make any claims, UDON pledges to respond to them as soon as possible and in any event within one (1) month after receipt.
The guarantee of the products purchased through the Website shall comply with the provisions of legislation in force and, where appropriate, the terms and conditions of the additional commercial guarantee offered to the Customer.
The Customer will be entitled to request a paper invoice for any order made.
Protection of personal data
If any of the clauses of the General Conditions of Purchase were declared fully or partially invalid or ineffective, such invalidity or ineffectiveness will only affect that provision or part thereof that is invalid or ineffectual, and with everything else remaining in force, with said provision or part thereof being affected. For this purpose, the General Conditions of Purchase only cease to be exclusively valid regarding the invalid or ineffective provision, and no other part or provision hereof is void, invalidated, damaged or affected by such invalidity or ineffectiveness, unless it would have substantial effect on the General Conditions of Purchase as a whole.
The General Conditions of Purchase are written in Spanish, Catalan and English. In the event of discrepancy between the language versions, the Catalan version shall prevail.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The General Conditions of Purchase shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law..
In the event of any conflict or discrepancy in the interpretation or application of the General Conditions of Purchase, the Courts which, if required to hear the case, will be those that have applicable legal rules on competent jurisdiction regarding consumer and users.
In accordance with the provisions of Law 11/2010 of 17 December on prevention of alcohol consumption by minors, it is prohibited to sell alcoholic beverages to minors under 18, or to anyone over 18 for minors under 18.
